જો તમે માઇક્રોસોફ્ટ વર્ડનો રેગ્યુલર ઉપયોગ કરતા હોય તો એનો મતલબ કે તમારે દસ્તાવેજી કામ વધારે રહેતું હશે. જેમાં તૈયાર ટેમ્પ્લેટ્સ જોઈતા હોય તો વર્ડમાં આ પ્રકારની ફેસિલિટી પહેલેથી જ ઉપલબ્ધ છે. એટલે કે બાયોડેટા, પત્ર કે ફેક્સ, બ્રોચર, જુદા જુદા રિપોર્ટ્સ વગેરે માટેના તૈયાર ટેમ્પ્લેટ્સ વર્ડમાં તૈયાર જ હોય છે. આ પ્રકારના ટેમ્પ્લેટ્સનો ઉપયોગ કરવા માટે આ સરળ પ્રોસેસ કરવી પડશે.

* સૌ પ્રથમ તો માઇક્રોસોફ્ટ વર્ડ ઓપન કરો.

* જેમાં New Document ઓપન કરવાનું રહેશે. જેમાં જમણી બાજુમાં Task Pane ઓપન થશે. (જો ટાસ્ક પેન ઓપન ન થાય તો View > Task pane પર ક્લિક કરવું અથવા Ctrl + F1 કરીને ઓપન કરી શકાય.)
* ટાસ્ક પેનમાં નીચે Templates nuX¤ On My Computerપર ક્લિક કરવાનું રહેશે.
* બોક્સમાં જુદા જુદા ટેબ હેઠળ તૈયાર ટેમ્પ્લેટ્સ જોવા મળશે, જેના પર ક્લિક કરતાં તે ઓપન થશે.
* ટેમ્પ્લેટમાં તમે તમારી માહિતી ભરીને જે તે ડોક્યુમેન્ટ તૈયાર કરી શકો છો. આ રીતે ટેમ્પ્લેટ્સ ઉપયોગમાં લેવામાં આવે તો ઘણી વખત વધારાની સજાવટ કરવામાં જે સમય વેડફાય છે તે બચાવી શકાય છે.

ગૂગલે ભારતીય નિષ્ણાતને ટ્વિટરમાં જતા રોકવા ૫૪૪ કરોડ આપ્યા

ભારતીય ટેકનોલોજી નિષ્ણાતો વર્ષોથી વિદેશોમાં છવાયેલા રહ્યા છે. અનેક વિદેશી કંપનીઓ માહિતી ટેકનોલોજી ક્ષેત્રે તેમજ અન્ય સેક્ટરમાં ભારતીયોની કુશળતાનો ઉપયોગ કરી રહ્યા છે. અમેરિકાનાં પ્રમુખ બરાક ઓબામાએ પણ ભારતીય ટેકનોલોજી નિષ્ણાતોની કુશળતાને સ્વીકારી છે. દેશ વિદેશની મોટી મોટી કંપનીઓ ભારતીય ટેલેન્ટને તેમને ત્યાં જાળવી રાખવા અને તેઓ નોકરી છોડીને અન્ય સ્થળે ન જાય તે માટે મોં માગ્યો પગાર અને પોસ્ટ આપે છે. આવું જ કઈંક ભારતનાં નિષ્ણાત નીલ મોહન સાથે થયું છે. સર્ચ એન્જિન ગૂગલે ભારતીય નિષ્ણાત નીલ મોહન નોકરી છોડીને ટ્વિટરમાં જોડાય નહીં તે માટે તેમને રૂ. ૫૪૪ કરોડનું બોનસ આપ્યું છે.

મૂળ ભારતીય અમેરિકન નાગરિક નીલ મોહન ગૂગલમાં એડવર્ટાઈઝિંગ પ્રોડક્ટસનાં વાઈસ પ્રેસિડેન્ટ છે. ટ્વિટરે તાજેતરમાં તેમને પ્રોડક્ટ ચીફની પોસ્ટ ઓફર કરી હતી પણ ગૂગલે તેમને નોકરી છોડીને નહીં જવા રોકી રાખ્યા છે અને ૧૦ કરોડ ડોલર એટલે કે રૂ. ૫૪૪ કરોડનું બોનસ આપ્યું છે.

નીલ મોહનની ક્ષમતાનો ઉપયોગ કરીને ગૂગલ રૂ. ૩૮૧૦૮ કરોડની કમાણી કરશે

નીલ મોહનનાં નિષ્ણાત જ્ઞાનનો ઉપયોગ કરીને ગૂગલ ૭ અબજ ડોલર એટલે કે રૂ. ૩૮૧૦૮ કરોડની કમાણી કરવા માગે છે. ઈન્ટરનેટ એડવર્ટાઈઝિંગ સેક્ટરનાં લોકો નીલ મોહનની ક્ષમતા જાણે છે. તેઓ ટેકનોલોજીની અદ્ભૂત સમજ ધરાવે છે અને નવી ટેકનોલોજીનાં રેવન્યૂ મોડેલની સારી સૂઝ ધરાવે છે. બિઝનેસ સ્ટ્રેટેજી પર તેમની સારી પકડ છે. આથી જ ગૂગલે તેમને નોકરી નહીં છોડવા સમજાવ્યા છે. કંપનીએ તેમને આ માટે રૂ. ૫૪૪ કરોડનાં શેર્સ આપ્યા છે. હાલનાં માર્કેટ ભાવ મુજબ આ શેર્સની કિંમત ૧૦ કરોડથી વધીને ૧૫ કરોડ ડોલર થઈ ગઈ છે. ભારતીય રૂપિયામાં તેનું મૂલ્ય રૂ. ૮૧૭ કરોડ થવા જાય છે.

નીલ મોહને સ્ટેનફોર્ડ યુનિર્વિસટીમાંથી ૧૯૯૬માં ઈલેક્ટ્રિકલ એન્જિનિયરિંગ કર્યું છે. તેમણે એન્ડરસન કન્સલ્ટિંગ પછી એક્સેન્ચર અને નેટ ગ્રેવિટી જોઈન્ટ કરી હતી. ૧૯૯૭માં નેટ ગ્રેવિટીને ડબલ ક્લિકે ટેકઓવર કર્યા પછી નીલ મોહન ડબલ ક્લિકમાં જ રહ્યા હતા.ગૂગલે ૨૦૦૭માં તેને ખરીદી હતી.
