Excel lesson

Step by step procedure:
1.      Open a new excel worksheet.
2.      Select 10 rows and set row height to 100.
3.      Select 10 columns and set row height to 20.
4.      Select a cell say A2.
5.      Click on insert on the menu bar.
6.      Click on picture on the tool bar.
7.      Select the required picture from the files in your system.
8.      Adjust size of the picture for this right click on the picture. From the drop down menu select size and properties. Adjust ht. to required size.(1” in the illustration)
9.      For entering text you have two options
(a)    Double clock on the cell. The cursor will appear on the bottom left corner. Type the required information. Text wtrap if required.
(b)   Right click on the cell. From the drop down menu select insert comment. A new box will appear on the side of the box. Type the required information. Press enter. The comment box will disappear and a red arrow will appear on the right top corner. Whenever the cursor is brought over the photo, the comment will appear.
